For warranty or repair service, as well as to order spare or replacement parts, a customer must have a
valid bill of sale. Shipping is not included on warranty service.
**Bumper Boy has made several changes to both electronics and mechanical parts over the last 10 years. Bumper Boy cannot guarantee the ability to repair or maintain very old units. Thus a new policy is in place that Bumper Boy will guarantee the ability to repair and maintain units up to 3 years after you purchase it. If you have an older Bumper Boy, an upgrade may be necessary if its age is beyond that 3 year period.
Warranty, Refund and Cancellation Policy
Bumper Boy will accept returns on unused product within 30 days (shipping not included).
Bumper Boy launchers come with a one-year warranty. Smart Bumpers and Camo Cases have a warranty of 30 days. Extended warranties are available. Warranty does not include shipping.
Orders are shipped within 2-3 days, thus cancellation of an order can occur before the item is shipped.
